about eLawOnline.co.uk
The object of eLawOnline
- To organise links to the proliferation of legal Web sites so
that they can easily be accessed from one place. The Web is full of useful
information if you can find it!
- To keep things simple with the minimum of description and
commentary.
- That's it really - it's a very basic concept.
Why eLawOnline?
- This site was created because our bookmark files had grown to a
point where they were full to overflowing and needed to be organised in an easy
to use way. Other people suggested that it would be a good idea if they could
also use them. A Web site seemed the natural answer.
- By creating this site we have already learned of many new legal
Web sites. With your help we may learn about many more. Please feel free to
e-mail your recommendations for sites that you would like to see included in
the Directory. New categories will be included where sufficient subject links
can be found to justify a new page. Your feedback is welcome.
Aims and Aspirations of eLawOnline
- There are some fantastic and informative legal Web sites, this
site does not compete with them. This Web site hopes to help you to find those
sites and for you to keep coming back to discover more. It is intended to be a
quick reference tool.
- This site is in its infancy and maintenance and development
continue in our spare time whenever possible.
- Our interest is eLaw (computers and the Internet) and related
commercial and IP subjects. As a result, it is highly likely that eLawOnline may
develop with a bias towards that area in the future, but we are always happy to
include a link to any useful legal resource.
- Because of its nature, this is one of those projects that can
never be finished. Suggestions for improvements and additions are invited.
- New sites come on-line almost daily. If you can recommend other
interesting sites, or have a company or private legal site of your own that
would add value to the directory content of eLawOnline, send an
e-mail, or complete our
feedback form, with the URL and a suggested
category for a FREE link.
- We reserve the right to exercise discretion in the choice of
Web sites accepted for inclusion. If it has no legal relevance whatsoever -
please don't send it!
